This 3.5 hour workshop is suitable for beginners and those with previous lino experience.

£50 - includes refreshments

We’ll be working with soft carve lino and fast drying ink pads which means you can work in several colours and experiment with layering elements. These images are all examples of work created during this workshop.

I will guide you through creating full block mini prints that we’ll print on A5 paper, puzzle piece printing in multiple colours, as well as tesselating tiles,

No previous experience required and you do not need to be confident with drawing. I will provide examples and templates that you are welcome to use.

It might help you to get cracking straight away if you bring a photograph / sketch / some ideas (The lino pieces are 10 x 15 cm) However this is not essential, I can help you plan your design and will bring lots of things to inspire you :) The tiles are 10 x 10 cm

Where

Greenway Farm is situated on the main A39 leading out from Bridgwater towards Minehead. Approximately halfway between Bridgwater and the next village, Cannington, you’ll see a large, modern ‘Budgens’ petrol garage on the right on the brow of a hill – turn right immediately after the garage, into Skimmerton Lane, and Greenway Farm is the first house on the right.
