Inside these irregular Vessel shapes I have carved the Starlings at Shapwick Heath with Glastonbury Tor behind, the view of the Quantocks from Triscombe Stone Forest, Kilve Beach with its striped cliffs, Bridgwater Canal (My home town,) the winding roads and dramatic landscape of Cheddar Gorge, Wells Cathedral from Bishop’s Palace Gardens, the frame of Glastonbury Festival's Pyramid Stage amongst the cows at Worthy Farm, the staircase up to Brean Down, Burrow Hill Farm's Cider Orchards, the pollarded willow trees down on The Levels and Dunster Castle rising high through the hill top forest.
